The shipping time abroad varies depending on the country and the respective shipping service provider. As a rule, this is 7-14 days, in rare cases up to 3 weeks.

For international shipments, additional costs may apply in addition to the shipping costs listed here! Customs clearance, customs duties, and the applicable local value-added tax will be charged directly to the recipient.
New EU Customs Reform Effective July 1, 2026:
The following overview shows the changes for shipments of goods from Switzerland to the EU with a value of up to EUR 150.

All of these additional costs (VAT, customs clearance, customs duties, and any fees charged by the delivery service) are not shown during the ordering process and are not included in the total!
Therefore, for small quantities of 1–4 items, consider purchasing through a retail partner in your country.

The actual shipping costs will be shown separately once again before the order is completed
Orders will only be processed and dispatched after full payment has been received (except for deliveries against invoice). Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the customer. Benefit and risk are transferred to the customer upon dispatch, insofar as this is legally permissible.
If the delivery cannot be delivered or if the customer refuses to accept it, ABP shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract after prior notification and setting a deadline. In this case, the costs incurred may be charged to the customer.
The customer shall inspect the delivery for defects immediately upon receipt. Obvious defects must be reported to ABP immediately in writing (by e-mail or letter).
